01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the je999 platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the je999 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the je999 platform. je999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Account Registration

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and any funds held within them being forfeited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If any registered account information changes, you must inform us without delay.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

je999 may request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

03 Age Restrictions

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If a member is found to be under 21:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All funds held in the account will be forfeited.
• All transactions made will be considered void.
• Necessary action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

We ask parents and guardians to ensure that children and teenagers do not access this platform. We are always committed to protecting minors.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the je999 platform are carried out through fully secure and encrypted methods. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• There are no additional charges on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge a fee.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals are available for verified accounts only.
• The withdrawal amount must be within the available balance in the account.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

je999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions in the following cases: suspected fraud, incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus conditions, or technical errors. In such cases, our support team will inform you in detail.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

je999 offers members attractive bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. It is essential to read the relevant terms and conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• Bonus turnover (wagering) requirement: 10x (bonus amount × 10).
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until the turnover requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus is applicable only once per member.
• Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• je999 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses in cases of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — please read the details of each offer.

06 Gaming Rules

07 Prohibited Activities

11 Limitation of Liability

The je999 platform is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, unintentional errors, or unforeseen circumstances. However, where such issues result in an actual loss of a member's funds, fair steps will be taken to return that amount.

je999 is not responsible for any social, financial, or psychological harm arising from playing games on the je999 platform. Members use this platform at their own risk.

12 Changes to Terms
